Motorola has quietly officially released the duo Moto G5S and G5S Plus today on their blog page, most of the tech-specs that was speculated is on point as well, thanks to a Twitter leaker called Ronald Quandt. Anyway, without further ado, below is the official specifications:

Ronald Quandt, a leakster from Twitter has just revealed some nice juicy news about Motorola upcoming products, namely the Moto X4, Moto G5S and G5S Plus with the prices and tech-specs. Let's take a look below, shall we?

Will there be a Moto G5S Plus? According to rumours, you bet there will be. In fact, new images of the phones have surfaced online giving us a good look at what to expect. With the given rumoured tech-specs, the Moto G5S Plus seems to be an even better version than the Moto G5 Plus, which we consider is a good camera-centric device (check out our review here). 

“Wait, Motorola is still around?” said one of my friends when I showed them the Moto G5 Plus. Yes, that’s how “light” it is when it comes to brand presence. In a country like Malaysia, where we are surrounded by Apple, Samsung, and Huawei billboard advertisements, Motorola is like one of those kids who aren’t in the current cool gang, even though they were the former trendsetters who made the first mobile phone. However, Motorola is making a comeback in Malaysia (particularly with how the Moto Z2 Play event went recently) which you can see with our review of the Moto G5 Plus below.

For a RM1299 smartphone, the Moto G5 Plus features some respectable tech-specs namely a Qualcomm Snapdragon 625 processor and an Adreno 506 GPU, the 5.2-inch FHD display can run in 1080p and even capture 4K video footage, battery is only 3000mAh but at least it has a TurboCharger that enable the phone to stay awake for 6 hours in just 15 minutes of charging. Moto has been really hard at work it seems. We have just witnessed the Malaysian launching of the Moto G5 Plus but now we have to set our eyes on their upcoming Moto Z2 Play and Moto G5S Plus. Leaked high-res images of both devices have appeared on the internet and they are looking mighty fine.

Moto's latest budget smartphone, G5 PLUS has finally landed here in Malaysia with the price tag of RM1299. The new Moto G5 Plus is one of the first new phones made from high-grade aluminium.
